Something’s

Off

You've been feeling it for a while. You just haven't had the words for it... until now.

You got the degree.

Created the stability you once dreamed about.

From the outside, your life looks fine.

Your friends even think you're doing pretty great.

So why does a part of you keep

wondering if there's more?

SOUND FAMILIAR?

I should be grateful.

So why do I feel like this?

Nothing is wrong but something isn't right.

I thought I'd feel different when I got here.

I've changed, but

my life hasn't.

I don't know if I want what I used to want.

The life I worked so hard for doesn't fit me the way it used to.

WHO IS THIS FOR

You've built a life that works.

It just stopped feeling like you.

Everyone thinks I'm living the dream and I don't know how to explain why it doesn't feel like one anymore.

You did the "right things" aka the career, stability, relationships but something still feels hollow.

You've gotten the promotion, gone on the trip, and written the gratitude list but something important still feels missing.

You can't justify it because nothing is "bad enough" which makes you feel crazy.

You've outgrown your current life, but you haven't admitted it yet.

Every time you question your life, you talk yourself out of it because everything looks fine on paper.

A part of you already knows what's true, You're just scared of what happens if you admit it.

You keep saying "it's fine" but privately, you know it isn't.

You're starting to want different things than you wanted 3, 5 or 10 years ago and you're not sure what to do with that.

WHAT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING.

AND NO....THE PROBLEM ISN'T YOU

You’ve outgrown something, and now life isn’t fittin’ like it used to.

See you spent years building this life.

The career. The stability. The reputation.

Even the version of yourself that could handle anything.

And for a while, it all worked.

But lately, you've been carrying a question you can't quite shake:

What if I don't want the same things anymore?

This doesn't mean you've failed.

This doesnt mean you've become ungrateful.

Not because what you've built is wrong.

But because you've changed.

And the life hasn't caught up yet.

You can't gratitude-list your way out of a life

that no longer fits. It’s time for an honest

conversation with yourself.

Because the question isn't whether you can keep doing life this way.

The question is whether you still want to.

A PERSONAL NOTE

I know this feeling.

For years, I assumed the problem was me.

If something felt off, I told myself to be more grateful.

If I felt restless, I reminded myself that technically things were going well. And when something no longer fit, I adjusted myself instead of asking whether my needs had changed.

Stay longer. Push harder. Be more understanding. Try to make it work.

Whether it was a relationship where I deserved more, a workplace that no longer fit who I was becoming, or a life that looked good on paper but felt empty in reality, I kept assuming the problem was me.

So I became more flexible. More accommodating. More willing to carry the weight.

And because I could keep going, I convinced myself I should.

I've seen so many women do the exact same thing.

Spending years adapting to lives they've quietly outgrown.

Talking themselves out of what they already know.

Carrying questions they don't feel allowed to ask.

Until one day I realized: the problem wasn't that I couldn't make it work. The problem was that I had stopped asking whether it still fit.

That question changed everything.

What changed my life was becoming more honest about what I wanted, what wasn't working, what I had outgrown and the fact that the life I was living no longer reflected the woman I was becoming.

That's why I created Something's Off.

Not because your life is falling apart. But because sometimes

the bravest thing you can do is stop adjusting yourself long

enough to ask:

Does this still fit me now?

And if the answer is no, what might be possible next?

INSIDE THE EXPERIENCE

01

Name the noise

Turn "something feels off" into something you can actually explain. No more guessing, minimizing, or talking yourself out of what you're feeling.

02

Trace it back

Pinpoint when things started feeling different and how you slowly drifted away from what mattered to you.

03

Stop gaslighting yourself + Practice self-visibility

Learn to trust your own experience instead of explaining it away, minimizing it, or convincing yourself you should be fine.

04

Separate their truth from yours

Figure out what's truly yours and what's coming from expectations, pressure, old roles, or who you've always been told to be.

05

Name what no longer fits

Leave knowing exactly what's misaligned, why it feels that way, and what deserves your attention next.

You'll leave knowing exactly what doesn't fit and why you've been afraid to say it.

Get clear on what's not working in this season of your life.

Stop talking yourself out of what you already know

No blowing your life up required

Decide from clarity, not pressure

Trust what you've been feeling and use it as data

You don't need to blow your life up. You just need enough clarity to understand what your feelings have been trying to tell you.

Because it's hard to know what's next when you can't name what's wrong.

YOU ALREADY KNOW SOMETHING'S OFF

This is where you finally

say it out loud.

You don't need to blow everything up.

You just need to understand why and where something feels off before deciding what happens next.
