your next move,put it
into action, and become
the woman living it.
Now is your season of becoming.
Three months of private coaching for aligned
decisions, intentional action, and real change

The thing you're really good at — maybe even the thing that pays you well — isn't necessarily what you want to keep giving the best of yourself to.
You've created the career,
income, opportunity, or flexibility you wanted and now you're realizing the rest of your life
needs to catch up.
You're making decisions
differently now — considering
your capacity, your relationships, your joy, your needs, and the YOU factor — not just what makes the most sense on paper.
There's something you want to pursue, change, build, leave, begin, or finally make room for — and you're ready to stop keeping it in the “someday” category.
The goals you once thought were non-negotiable don't quite fit anymore and you're giving yourself permission to reconsider what success actually looks like now.
You're coming out of a season that took a lot from you, and you're ready to build what comes next around who you are now — not who you had to be to survive it.
You've tried to figure out what's next before.
THERAPY
You've done the deeper work. You understand your patterns, your history, and why you move through life the way you do. But understanding yourself and intentionally creating what comes next aren't always the same thing.
COACHING
You've made the vision board, set the goals, built the plan, maybe even had the accountability. But life changes. You change. And sometimes the goal you started with isn't even the goal that fits anymore. You don't need someone forcing you back onto an outdated plan. You need support adjusting the plan as your life evolves.
THE BOOKS,
PODBASTS AND PLANNERS
You've highlighted the books. Saved the podcast episodes. Bought the planner with the cute cover. Maybe even used it for 11 whole days. You don't need more information to consume. You need somewhere to take what you know and actually apply it to the life you're living now.
Here's the thing: you probably don't need more information. You don't need another formula for what your life should look like.
You need a space where your real life gets to be part of the plan. Your goals. Your capacity. Your relationships. Your ambition. Your needs. Your joy. What's changing. What's working. What's no longer fitting. All of you gets considered here.

Wait for your life to magically become less full before you start creating more of what you actually want.
There may never be a perfect window where work settles down, everyone needs less from you, the decision becomes obvious, and you suddenly have all the capacity in the world.
Good news: we don’t need one.
We build from the life you actually have because your real life isn’t something we plan around. It’s something we plan with.

It’s not that you’re ungrateful for the life you have.
You can deeply appreciate what you’ve built and still know
you want something different now.

It's not that you don’t know yourself.
In fact, knowing yourself better may be exactly why the old answers, goals, roles, or definitions of success don’t fit quite the same anymore.

And it’s not that you need to blow everything up.
Sometimes the next season is a major pivot. Sometimes it’s
one meaningful change. Sometimes it’s simply deciding to do
what you’re already doing differently.
The woman who created this life isn't
exactly the woman standing here now.
Your priorities can change. Your capacity can change. Your definition of success can change. What you want more of — and what you're no longer willing to sacrifice for it — can change too. Your life gets to reflect that.

They still have full calendars.
Still have people who need them.
Still hit hard seasons.
Plans still change. Life still happens.
The difference is how they move through it.
When something shifts (a opportunity, a hard conversation,
a season that no longer fits, a goal that changes, a question they can't shake) they don't abandon or
question themselves and push through.

They pause. Get curious.
What’s actually happening here?
What do I need now?
What matters most in this season?
Does what I’m doing still fit where I’m going?
Then they adjust
Not because they failed at the plan.
Because recalibration is part of the plan.
And that's a skill you can build.
THAT’S WHY I CREATED
Because after over a decade of helping high-achieving women navigate exactly this — burnout, motherhood, leadership, major life transitions — and rebuilding through every one of them myself, here's what I know to be true:
The goal isn't to create the perfect plan.
It's to create a life that can evolve with you.
(And before you assume this is another mindset program, stay with me.)
Even if I handed you a step-by-step life plan right now (give you a perfect calendar, the "right" boundaries, a clean five-year vision) what happens the first time life doesn't cooperate?
The opportunity gets delayed. Your priorities shift. Your capacity changes. Something you wanted no longer fits. Something you never planned for suddenly matters.
That reflex that says "put yourself last, again"
is the pattern keeping you stuck.
And that is what we rebuild.
Helping you recalibrate without losing your way

Long before I built this work, I was living the exact patterns I now help women break.
I'm Indya, a Life Transformation Architect.
I've rebuilt through burnout. Navigated leadership roles that demanded everything. Moved through motherhood, major life transitions, and seasons that required me to rethink what I thought my life would look like. And then an accident changed my capacity — and forced me to practice everything I'd spent years helping other women do.
I know what it's like when the life you planned and
the life you're living are no longer the same.
I also know what it's like to create from there.
To listen to what's changed. Reconsider what matters now. Make different decisions. Adjust the plan. And keep moving toward a life that feels like yours — without abandoning yourself to get there.
This work isn't theory I studied. It's a path I've walked.
And I built Season of Becoming to make it a
path you don't have to walk alone.
What this season of becoming
has looked like for my clients

Helped a client earn 2 raises and a promotion in 18 months while breaking
a lifelong burnout pattern, becoming a more present mom, and building a healthy, fulfilling relationship.

Supported a client in leaving a toxic workplace, fully enjoying her pregnancy, and securing two consulting roles that gave her the flexibility to travel while being home with her baby.
In this season, you’ll
become someone who can:

Trust yourself to make aligned decisions without constantly second-guessing what you know.

Get clear on what you want now even when it looks different from what you thought you wanted before.

Turn what matters into intentional action instead of leaving it in the someday, maybe, or “when life settles down” category.

Navigate change and uncertainty without losing yourself when the ground shifts, the plan changes, or something unexpected opens up.

Recalibrate in real time as your priorities, capacity, opportunities, and life evolve — without treating a change in direction like failure.

Create a life that considers you too, your ambition, needs, relationships, capacity, joy, and the woman you’re becoming.
No, we’re not just making another plan.
We’re building your capacity to create,
choose, and adjust as life happens.
So becoming stops being something you think about and
starts showing up in the decisions you make
and the life you’re actually creating.
Here’s how we do it
You get a full 3-month container with live weekly support, guided by a framework built specifically for women rebuilding a life that finally fits.
